Jira Cloud doesn't really have a version or at least not a public one.
It's in constant development and has deployments regularly.
Is there an underlying reason you need to know a cloud version?

You can get it from the REST API, but it's of no practical use to you, it doesn't tell you anything useful or auditable, because it's going to change in the next few weeks.
