I need more info here in order to suggest an answer. What is a “container” project? What are you trying to do precisely? If you mean you wish to create a new project when an issue is transitioned in another project there is certainly no way to do this OOTB. Maybe look at an addon like Scriptrunner or Power Scripts.
this is a very unique use case and TBH I don't know how best to approach it. Maybe an addon. However, if it were me I would not attempt to achieve in this manner. Rather I would use Epics w/in a project and use something like Automation for Jira or similar. When the Epic transitions into some status A4J would create all stories/tasks/sub-tasks.

Below is detail explanation what we are trying to achieve.
We have one Jira Project named Parent Project Container. Every task created here is a project for us. This task flows through stages as TG0, TG1,TG2,. At one stage TG2, we need an automation which will create another project which is call as child project. This child project will have predefined workflow, kanban board. All this needs to be created at a click through automation.
There would be multiple tasks created in the Parent Project Container. And at TG2, we should be able to create child project for each of them. The Child project should have same name as task from Parent Project Container.
You will need an automation or scripting app that can provide an automatic "create project as a post function" in your workflow.
I've done this for Server a couple of times, but I think we run into permissions problems if you try to do it on Cloud, where the user running the issue through the workflow needs to be an admin in order to create the project.
When to use CSV importer When managing your processes in Jira, there are many occasions where you need to create a lot of tasks. Creating them one by one will cost you a lot of time and effort and i...
