what happened with these functionalities in the "old shared teams"?

I cannot find these options anymore. Where can I find them?

I haven't yet been able to find those features documented for Advanced Roadmaps, but I don't use AR.

When was the last time you accessed those features? I note that the document you referenced was last updated in 2019 and was for Portfolio for Jira, which became Advanced Roadmaps in 2020.
