"Add User" button is missing from the board.

I want to add member to a new board, but the button is missing.

Hello Vardi,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I can see that you are using Jira Software Free, so all users added to the site on the group jira-software-users will be administrators on projects.

If you want users to show on the board, just assign a ticket to them, so their profile pictures will appear on the top.
