new subtask type not showing assigned workflow

Hello!

Just created a new subtask type and, according to the workflow schemes, it is assigned properly:

which looks like this:

However, once I create said new subtask type, the workflow it's supposedly assigned to doesn't show.

Instead it shows as a totally different workflow:

I've checked everywhere I know to look to determine what workflow the new subtask is assigned to, it says the correct, big workflow. But when I create an actual ticket, it shows this small simplified workflow.

Any ideas? Help?

Thank you!

Hello @Lia Mack

Are you creating that subtask in one of the 27 projects that uses the workflow scheme shown in your first image?
