multiple statuses in one issue doing the same thing

Hello

If I am in an issue and I want to change the status, I see several status transitions that are the same. How can I change this so that only the status transition is listed once?

Edit your workflow.

Someone has put in two transitions called "review", you probably should check why they've done it and then remove one of them.  (There can be good reasons for duplicate transitions, but when you do them, you usually use conditions to make sure people only ever get offered one of them)
