jira okta integration error

Edited

My company is using Google workspace, and recently integrated Okta and JIRA. When I log in with my Google Workspace account information at "https://[mycompany].atlassian.net", I can access JIRA through Okta authentication.

My Atlassian Access Trial expired today, so I resubscribed, and I found that the authentication policy I had previously created was gone.

So I tried to recreate the authentication policy, but the atlassian authentication policy menu changed.

There's a new menu called "Identity providers".

In the process of setting up new Identity providers in Atlassian and integrating them in Okta, all existing user permissions were removed.

I was an Atlassian Admin, but I can't access JIRA at all, so I can't change the settings. (A 404 error occurs when trying to log in)

It seems that all of our employees are unable to access JIRA.

What should I do? Please help me!
