we want to put new tickets directly to the current running sprint from issue collectors on our board, is there a way to achieve this?

Hello @Ming.Il.Li ,

If you are viewing the issues that you want to add to a sprint from the issue collector you can select the 3 dot meatball menu icon and choose "Bulk change all <x> issue(s)" option then edit the issue to set the sprint field.

Full Details on the bulk change operations can be seen in "Edit multiple issues at the same time" noting that there are a few permissions required before you will see this so check these first:

Before you begin

To perform a bulk operation, you'll need the global Make bulk changes permission and the relevant permissionfor each project. For example, you would need to have the Move Issue project permission and Make bulk changes global permissions to move a group of issues at the same time.

Alternatively on the board while you are on the backlog you can click on to select the first issue you want to be added to the sprint then hold Shift and select another issue and all issues in between the two will also be highlighted,  OR you can hold Controle (windows) Command (MAC) so the select individual issue in tandem with the first.

once all the issues are selected right-click the issue and you can select from a list of active sprints to send all highlighted issues to.

Regards,
Earl
