we have configured issue creation by email:
anybody can send to an address like jira@mycompany.atlassian.net and an ticket will created in our project on jira cloud. we have created a dummy account in jira, that is the default reporter for this tickets.
Everthing is good.
now we have an company legacy ticket email address like 'it.support@mycompany.de'. On the corresponding email account we did an email relay to jira@mycompany.atlassian.net. So we think sending an email to it.support@mycompany.de should create an ticket.
But nothing happens ;( the email arrives the company email account and also sended to jira, but no ticket is created
Anything we can check or do ?

did you tried to check forwarding from another mail box ?
if it's works. time to investigate into it.support@mycompany.de'
