we have configured issue creation by email:
anybody can send to an address like firstname.lastname@example.org and an ticket will created in our project on jira cloud. we have created a dummy account in jira, that is the default reporter for this tickets.
Everthing is good.
now we have an company legacy ticket email address like 'email@example.com'. On the corresponding email account we did an email relay to firstname.lastname@example.org. So we think sending an email to email@example.com should create an ticket.
But nothing happens ;( the email arrives the company email account and also sended to jira, but no ticket is created
Anything we can check or do ?
