He logs a lot of tickets (with Issue type = Bug on Jira) and add sprint number = T.
Then he removes the sprint so i cannot filter and write sql to search all tickets relating to the sprint.
Please help me for supporting.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know more details about what information you need.
When a sprint is closed, it’s necessary to move the incomplete issues to a new sprint or the backlog.
If the bugs you mentioned were not completed/closed when the “Sprint T” was completed, you can check the list of issues on the Sprint Report (Classic project) or Sprint burndown chart (Next-gen).
If that’s not the case, please let us know more information about your use case.

If a ticket was added to a sprint and then removed, it’s not possible to search for these details.
