Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
Hello, Good day. You can create a new project role in Team managed project. Don't assign any user to that role. Use that role in issue type restriction.

Actually i wanna remove/invisible the "Linked Issues" , "Restrict to" and flagged 's issue type and not the predefined value inside
