when a collaborator opens a ticket, an email arrives informing that the ticket is open, but that email is shared for a certain group. How can I remove this group so that it does not receive notifications?
Email notifications are sent out from Jira to any users that are set to receive it under the notifications scheme. You should look under settings notifications to understand who receives it for a create issue.
