Explaining the context of what I'm doing, I used a webhook to create an issue in my project (image below)
but this issue is being placed in my project's backlog.
I want to put this issue on my project board automatically and not by dragging it to the board.
I want to know if there is any automatic way to move this issue from the backlog or insert it directly into my project's framework automatically.
Hi Augusto - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Just add another action to the bottom of your rule for Transition Issue and then select the status for the first column on your board. As Trudy mentioned, this will only work for Company-managed projects.
Hello @Augusto Fabio Lage Assis
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you creating the issue in a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project? When you view the project board that information will display at the bottom of the panel on the left.
If you are working with a Team Managed board there currently is no Action in Automation just for moving the issues from the Backlog to the Board. You can vote on a change request about that here:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-21481
I did find reference to an API for doing this, but I have not tried it.
