Is this a per project setting or a global setting? I have one project in a different country that I need to track with 6 hours per working day while I want to the rest to remain at the default 8 hours per day, is this possible? how do I do this?

What happens to other tickets when this changes that already have estimates or time logged? Does the conversion of those estimates just change to use the updated workday hours?
