Hi @ESTERBEN 

as far as I know this integration there is no such festure out of the box. The github integration is set globally and projects can take use of it. I am not aware of any feature that would filter on project level which project does use the integration.

Maybe there is a way to script this but as mentioned: guess there is no out of the box solution.
