After re-enabling user account in jira for one user notification for own changes is not working, we have checked user preferences also every thing is on.
Please suggest what i can to make it work.
Is the user receiving any other notifications from Jira? I.e.; have you tried adding the user into a group which is assigned to a notification scheme? Are they receiving any updates when issues are updated? If the user is not receiving ANY notifications at all, I suspect that their email might have been caught in a block/bounce email list.
Perhaps, someone from the Atlassian Team can have a look and let you know.
