changing default chart when completing a sprint

When we complete a sprint, the default report shows the burndown chart. Can it be changed to another chart? How?

I do not believe that you can do that with out-of-the-box Jira Cloud.  You can add additional linked pages, as documented here:

You can also add a suggestion to add this feature to Jira.  I did a quick search and did not find any similar suggestions, although there are ideas to add more information to the Sprint Report:
