cannot find jira custom chart

i'm interested on trying the jira custom chart for my dashboard. i've been integrating it, however it's not shown in my dashboard gadget options. any steps that i might've missed?

been checking my subscription too and it's shown that i have a free trial.

thanks for your response. i've found where did it go wrong. turns out i'm mistakenly only integrating the one for confluence and not the one for Jira. now it's running as expected. thank you!
