Hi all,
We use kanban style company-managed project. To simplify our kanban board, we enabled the backlog setting and everything seems normal until this morning.
Our backlog page is blank now, but the kanban board still works. I try to disable and enable the backlog setting, but it keep shows "Internal server error" and I still can't see our backlog items... Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks!
Hi Ivory - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The Backlog is really just enabled by putting a status in the Backlog section in the Board Settings for the Board.
So go to the board - then select the 3 dots menu to the upper right and select Board Settings
On this page, click on the Columns selection.
In the columns page, you should see a status (preferably the first status in your workflow, whether it is Backlog or something else).
