We have been using the Xray plugin for testing manager and when we try generating a report by Xray document generator, it didn't work. It showed just a 0% complete message during a long period of time and no error message was returned.
Today Jun 06 the problem was fixed. Now, the report is working fine.
Hi,
I had this issue, the support indicated that
"Please note that the limit imposed by Atlassian is not based solely on the number of Test Executions being exported. Instead, it includes all issues iterated during the export process.
While the template itself is working as expected, it performs iterations over: All Test Executions, the Tests associated with each Test Execution, the Test Runs executed under those Test Executions, any linked Pre-Conditions and any other issues linked to the Tests.
Some of these entities, such as Tests and Test Runs, are iterated multiple times within the same export. So when estimating whether you're within the limit, all of these must be taken into account. The total number of issue iterations must stay below the 1000-item limit defined by Atlassian."
Hope it helps.
However : Today I still have no solution. I will have to generate a manual report.
