XRAY Test Execution Status with custom statuses

in XRAY I have

created a custom final TEST STATUS, named BLOCKED
created a TEST STEP final status named BLOCKED
associated the custome TEST STEP named BLOCK with the custom TEST STATUS named BLOCKED.

See images bleows.

While exceuting a 3-step test, the STEP STATUSES were:

STEP 1: STATUS: PASS
STEP 2: STATUS: FAI
STEP 3: STATUS: BLOCKED

So I would expect that the TEST EXECUTION result is BLOCKED, while XRAY shows FAIL.

Why ? What's worong ?

Here you can find the rules for computing the overall status of a Test Run based on step-level results.

So, in your case it is getting failed because you have one step marked with FAIL.

Yes, Xray Cloud has the same feature.

You need to go into the Global Settings of Jira in the Apps settings:

Good afternoon, we are having this problem today, we want to add custom statuses to the test steps but we do not see the "Test Statuses" or "Test step statuses" options, with an administrator account. We use Jira Cloud and we did not find answers to this problem, thanks in advance
