Hi everyone,

I'm trying to change the full name and public name on this link Atlassian account

Even when the field is editable and I type the new name, it doesn't get the change, when I type the correct name, the field doesn't get the changes and is restored to the original value.

@Nelson Echeverry it sounds like something else may be overwriting your changes. Do you know if your organization has connected your IdP (Identity Provider) to Atlassian? This likely would prevent or overwrite any changes you make.

According to my IT department no. Is there any way to check this by myself?
