Why this user cannot see issues nor project?

Why this user cannot view the issue?

If I search for any other permission, project administration and browsing give the same screenshot.

I see some failed conditions on "create issues" or "View development tools".

However the failing conditions says always:

userA is not a member of the atlassian-addons-project-access project role.

If I go userA and try to add the role, that role doesn't exist....

It's really very very lengthy and complex...

hmmm it looks like..if I choose "Browse Projects" I get the same screenshots.

I get the same result for any issue...I never applied restrictions to issues

Does the user has "Browse projects" permission?

Also, check if there are any issue security levels applied on the issue or not.
