Why can't I add Checklist items?

Hi, I am able to add a Checklist to my ticket but I cannot add anything to the checklist. What am I missing?

Hi @Eli Fares,

From your screenshot, I can see that you use Issue Checklist Pro for Jira

In this case, if you cannot add new checklist items, one of the following is a culprit:

  • you cannot edit Jira issue (please make sure you can edit the issue)
  • advanced permissions were enabled so you must be granted checklist permissions in project configuration as presented on the screenshot:
