Why are new tickets not showing up in the project dashboard?

I have an employee who recently started complaining that the issues she creates do not appear in the shared dashboard for the project. Yet the issues get created and can be found using a search. Any ideas on what's going on?

Hi @Colleen Tanner ,

Well a dashboard is most likely based on a previously created filter? I'd suggest you verify that filter JQL so you are sure that the new employee's tickets are actually in the result set.
