Why Account field didn't fill with default account when it's already set up?

Hello. I create and attach tempo account to my project, but the Account field didn't automatically fill with my default account when I create a new issue. I try to reattach to project my tempo account as a default, but this didn't solve the problem. Earlier it worked, but now didn't. Can you, please, help me with this problem?
