Are you working with a Team Managed or Company Manage project?

If a Company Managed project, please show us

- the filter used for your board

- the backlog that you see

- an example of a new issue you created that is not showing up in your backog.

You did not provide all the requested information.

In addition, please provide a screen image fo the Column Mappings for your board.

is it possible to come to call then I can share my screen and show it to you

No, that is not possible.

I am just another user in this community, not a member of Atlassian's support team.

You can block or blur any confidential information in the screen images you post.

Alternately, answer these questions:

1. What is the status and issue type for the new issue that is created?

2. Are you using a Kanban board or a Scrum board?

3. When you look at the Column Mappings, are all the Status values mapped to a column? Do you have any statuses in the Unmapped area? If you have any unmapped statuses, issues in those statuses will not appear in either the board or the Backlog.

4. If you are using a Kanban board, what statuses do you have mapped to the Backlog area in Column Mappings? Only the issues in the statuses mapped to the Backlog area in Column Mappings will appear in the Backlog area for a Kanban board.

Additionally, if you are using a Kanban board, do you have this sub-filter in the Board Settings > General screen?

And, if so, does your new issue have a value in the Fix Version field?
