When I add a Heat Map gadget to a dashboard, there is no format in the report

I added a Heat Map gadget to a dashboard, filtered by Team, and the resultant entity is a bunch of team member names, with some in large font, and the statement "There are 4 distinct 'Assignee' values in 115 Issues".

What should I be doing in order to get a report that looks like the multi-colored squares I saw when I googled Jira Heat Map report?

Hi @Phil Bustin 

The Jira Cloud, out-of-the-box heat map gadget only shows text.
