Is it possible to make a << validator>> when creating an issue that:everyone with the rights issue create can create an issue but only someone with the rights sprint manage the issue type Epic can create.

Sure you can do that but attach the different workflow for Epic Issue type where you will have the initial validator.

I don't quite understand what you mean here, I have 1 workflow and want to make an exception at the rights level who can create an Epic and who can create a user story.Epic >> manage sprintUserstory bug etc >> create issue

Were you able to add the initial Validator to check for Manage sprints permission and add it in worklfow?
