Unlocking the backlog prioritization

Hi, 

Id like to unlock the possibility to move tasks in backlog vertically. But... I dont want to make any other permission except bugs, ops tasks ceration.

If the possibility is currently "locked" for you then the board filter does not have the "ORDER BY Rank ASC". This sorting needs to be specified to be able to "move vertically".

I do not think I understand the question or requirement.

If you stop people re-ranking in the backlog, of what use is the backlog?  It sounds like you want to turn off ranking (which you can do, just change the "order by" clause in the board filter to something other than "rank")
