Unable to select my site for a 2-month free cloud migration trial on both Jira and Confluence

Hi

I am encountering a problem where the intended site for a 2-month free trial at "https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/cloud-migration-trial/options" does not appear in the selection dropdown on both Jira and Confluence cloud migration trial pages. As an organization admin and the technical contact, I should have the necessary permissions to access and select the site for this trial. Things to note are:

• Confirmed org admin access and listed as technical contact.
• It's currently using CCP, not HAMS, as the billing system which might be affecting the trial selection?

This is preventing us from proceeding with our migration plan and is thus critical to our operations. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The most effective way to address this situation is to contact the billing team: Billing Team. I hope this helps. 🙂
