Unable to select column chooser options in Zephyr

Question

I have one use one user on my team that is unable to select  or deselect column chooser boxes in Zephyr.  I have tried changing her permissions, tested logging into other users with the same and different roles, and still cannot figure out why she is unable to deselect or select on the column choose in zephyr. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

If the problem is located with one user and you can't reproduce it when you have the same permissions etc, then I would assume that the problem would be on that user's side. By the way you are talking about zephyr squad, or scale? A screenshot of the problem would be nice.

Tell your user to login from an incognito window and try again.
