Unable to edit Title of Issue

Having an issue editing the title of issues in a project. I have checked permissions and everything seems right. I have mirrored the project from an existing one and have only changed the Issue Screen Scheme. In one project I can edit and in another I cannot. Very weird and difficult to discover the issue. I have even used the permission helper and it says I should be able to edit the issue. Need some help and guidance.

Discovered the issue. You must include the Summary field in the Scheme. Once added, the issue was resolved

THANK-YOU! This has been a thorn in our side.

Here are the steps:

Click the Jira icon > Projects > then select the relevant project.
Choose Settings > Screens.
Click the > to expand the relevant screen scheme.
Select the View issue screen.
Add or remove the desired fields.

I found the solution in the Permissions associated with various roles. Don't ask me how to get back to that screen, you have to through a lot of lures out into the open waters.
