Unable to create tickets from Email

Hi,

Followed the below reference to create issues from email.

Below is the error message that I get when performing the email test.

Found 10 unprocessed message(s) in the imaps folder.

Creating user 'no-reply@microsoft.com'.

Cannot create issue due to invalid license: [Sorry, you can't create any issues right now, as you need to have access to a Jira application to be able to create issues. To gain application access you need to be a member of a group assigned to an application.]

Hi Ajith,

My guess is that you need to either create all of those users as Jira user (not likely what you want) OR you need to set a Default Reporter to be an existing user in the mail handler you created. What I have done, instead of say using my own userid is to create a single 'email creation user', e.g. email.user@mydomain.com.
