Unable to add/link the test cases from Test collab

I have integrated the Jira and Test Collab successfully and see the Test case tab in Jira after creating a new story/epic/ or bug.

when I try to click on add a test case got the message as "Please create at least one test suite before adding a test case from Test Collab main application." however we have test suites and test cases available in Test Collab.

When Link Existing is clicked, a blank yellow popup screen is displayed. 

** I have followed the steps from http://support.testcollab.com/en/articles/2181858-two-way-integration-with-jira-ondemand and mentioned the test Collab project name in Jira-> Projects-> Project setting-> Test Collab -> Linked projects.

Can anybody guide me what would have went wrong or missing to see the test cases in Jira.
