Two dimensional filter statistics gadget does not show empty values

hello, when I use this filter - 'assignee in membersOf("Jira - Developers")' in richfilter two dimension statistic, it does'not show empty values in gadjet, persons who don't have any tasks assigned. how can I display them? (empty values)?

You can't.  The gadget (like the rest of Jira) will not display empty values, because there is nothing to show.
