I've built some automations to copy fields from one custom field to another. I had to do this due to a migration of one Jira instance into another. During the migration it created duplicate fields. I need to consolidate the field's information.
It works fine, except that it also emails people that are connected to the tickets. Not a big problem except when 1000's of email are being generated. I've tried to get everyone to set up outlook rules to automatically delete these emails. But I would like to turn them off at the source.
Any suggestions?

Hello @Stephan Lewis
If you are using an Edit action to copy the data there is an option under More Options to turn on/off emails based on those changes.
