The page with opened task display wrong data

Question

I have 3-4 tabs with opened tasks.
In some cases the page with opened task display wrong data (description, attachments or other information).
But after cash cleaning and (or) empty cashe and hard reload the all information displays correctly.
This problem disturbs the work in Jira with in a my team. Please fix that.

This sounds like your browser is caching incorrectly - saving stuff it should not during refreshes.

Jira doesn't have any code that lets it serve up old data.  If you're seeing an issue unchanged in a tab after a refresh, when you know you've edited it in another tab, then that old page has been generated by your browser, not Jira.
