All our historical tempo woklogs dissapeared. This is quite problematic for us. Can you please have a look into it and recommend on how to restore those worklogs?

This place is not Atlassian's support, but its community. With that being said, most of us here do not work for Atlassian.
Concerning Tempo, from what I know it stores the data outside of jira https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6572/timesheets-by-tempo-jira-time-tracking?hosting=cloud&tab=privacy-and-security so you have to talk directly to Tempo.
