Hello,
We migrated from one Jira cloud to another and now trying to use the Team field for filtering. In the previous instance, the values shown were coming from the Advanced Roadmap Shared Teams and in the new cloud site it shows the Atlassian Teams instead.
In other words, I can't filter using JQL and a Shared Team (the one that is coming from the Advanced Roadmap name)
How can I configure the Team field to use the correct values?
Hi Marat,
You should be able to use teams in JQL as described in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-discussions/Atlassian-teams-are-coming-to-Jira-Software/td-p/2282350, section "Search for issues or filter for a team in JQL".
If it is not working for you, please contact support and ask them to reach out to engineering team working on Advanced Roadmaps.
Thank you,
Elvira Kan,
Advanced roadmaps.
