Subtask do not have team associated from parent user story

We are using JIRA Premium and Plans. Right now our subtasks do not inherit their user story parent's "Team". This create errors in our "plan" as we see subtasks getting grouped outside the intended "Team".

Subtasks "team" cannot be manually assigned as tool says it inherits from parent user story. We've tried resetting user story team and no such luck.
