I would like to setup the following hierarchy in JIRA -

EPIC-->Capability-->Feature-->User Story-->Task

I have got Advanced Roadmaps but it does not allow me to setup Capability and Feature below the EPIC. Is there a way to add features between the Epic and User Story ?

The hierarchy Jira supports is Epic -> Story -> Task.

Advanced roadmaps will let you create layers above Epic, but not between the others.

The closest you can get is to add the Structure app to your system - you'll need to have a think about whether to discard the Epic -> Story function completely and do it all in Structure, or work with the Epic -> Story link ignoring your two layers natively (I recommend the first option)
