I am having trouble signing into Jira using my service account. The LDAP team performed password reset and LDAP logs look good. I am still receiving an error telling me to contact my administrator.
We can't tell you any more than the error message.
Your Atlassian Access is not letting you get into your Jira. Your Access admins will need to fix that (I've jumped on to Atlassian Access because you've flagged this question as Cloud and then talked about LDAP, and Atlassian Access is the only way to use LDAP on Cloud)
I don't think that would help you at all, I'm not your administrators, and I have less knowledge of your systems than you do (let alone access or admin)
You need to talk to your administrators, maybe ask them for a call?
