I created a rule that will generate a subtask when transition from ready for work to in progress. It looks like (1.) it did not create the sub-task right away and (2.) I had to refresh and I am not sure if this is what's causing the multiples. I have the "Execute this rule immediately when the rule is triggered instead of in the background" checked. We are on Automation for JIRA version 7.4.1. and JIRA version 8.20.8. Any idea why this is happening?
Hi J,
Can you please send screenshots of the rule you're using? This will help clarify the issue.
