A team member commented on an issue just now. I got a push notification in the Jira app, but no email. I checked my notification settings and they seem fine (I am the reporter). Any advice is appreciated.

Do you receive emails for other activity from this Jira Cloud instance? Isolating if it's an issue with your email provider blocking the mail or if it's an application configuration issue.
A good way to test this is to have your admin dispatch an email from this link here https://{YourJiraURL}atlassian.net/secure/admin/SendBulkMail!default.jspa
If you're receiving emails from other events from that same Jira instance then that's a start in troubleshooting.
