Hello @brian.hartley
Curious to know further details. How are you currently publishing release notes in the Salesforce community? Is there anyway I can see a sample?
Just FYI, our app Automated release notes for Jira does offer some avenues for automation, but there is no direct connection with Salesforce community. You can try HTML/JSON outputs and push them via something like Zapier.

Anand
Hi, Anand - we aren't currently doing anything today. We have a daily filter set up that publishes release notes internally. In a perfect world that content is surfaced as a page in our Salesforce community so that end-users of our product could view. Otherwise we will just have to copy and past content. Does that help clarify?

That helps a bit. I am not aware of any direct way to do this apart from using the Jira's REST APIs and integrating them with Salesforce community APIs.
You may want to check if Zapier has integration with Salesforce community and if it does, then you can try setting up Automated release notes to put in place the required automation.
This is definitely bit of a work & you'll have to a bit of trial/error. But if it works then you will have a seamless automation in place. Unfortunately, we haven't explored such a possibility with Automated release notes. Thus, I don't have any practical tips at the moment. But if you try to set this up & come across a hurdle, do reach out to our support.
Best,
Anand
