Project Timeline View - Hierarchy Level 2

I have create a new Hierarchy level above Level 1, and created an issue type in that level.

This acts as a parent to Epics, to group them into larger units of work and for tidier information hierarchy.

Can I show these issues on the Timeline view somehow? Currently the top level of the hierarchy in the Timeline view is Epic. Can I select Level 2 as the Hierarchy's top layer?

Hello @Toby Woolhouse

No, you cannot show the higher hierarchy levels in the basic Timeline function that you see in the left-side navigation panel when viewing a board. Those Timelines can display only Epics and their child issues.

To see the extended hierarchy in a timeline view you have to create an Advanced Roadmap Plan under the Plans menu option.

Okay, thanks Trudy. I've managed to create what I wanted to in the Advanced Roadmap Plan.

Is there somewhere I can make a request to add support for this functionality?
