We have an issue across the board with our team currently that we are not able to see the priority images (that normally display with letters A-D & N/A) and they are displaying as a broken image.
Along with this, I've looked around to figure out where to resolve this issue, and each time I've seen the steps of Settings --> Issues --> Priority. The images I see of this appear to be using an outdated or varied version of Jira from what I can currently see on my admin account. I am not able to locate Priorities when going into my Project Settings, and cannot find any admin Settings for all of our projects to be able to modify our Priorities.
Any help would be much appreciated.
This issue looks to have resolved itself over the past day automatically on our end, no changes were made from the team.
Hi, I can across this post as I am experiencing the same issue. Mine is not resolved though. Are there additional tips/suggestions I can try? I will say I am able to view the priority images in Safari, but not Chrome or FF, which are definitely preferred browsers. Any help is appreciated!
