We have a requirement where Knowledge base pages( Confluence pages) used to resolved earlier(same type of tickets) should get auto-populated while Jira ticket creation or after ticket creation.
Please share if you are aware of any plugin to meet this requirement or have any idea on it.

The feature that you are looking for already exists in Jira Service Management; please take a look at Set up a knowledge base so customers can serve themselves. This only works on Jira Service Management, it would not work on Jira Software.
