Hello, is there a panel or report that can add up the story points of a developer per project in a range of incident creation dates?

You could try our Great Gadgets app.
Of of the many gadgets that if offers is the Advanced Issue Filter Formula Gadget that allows calculating and display the sum of story points of the issues from up to 6 filters.
You could use this gadget to display the total number of story points for the developers from your team.
